Re-think Circular Economy Forum Taranto

From 3rd to 5th October, the seventh edition of the Re-think Circular Economy Forum was held in Taranto at the Ionian Department of the University of Bari.

The event aimed to present a view on macro-trends, possible evolutionary paths, and the main Circular Economy projects at an Italian and international level, involving actors operating at different levels, such as companies, start-ups, research centres, and other institutions.

Re-think Circular Economy Forum was organized in hybrid mode and focused on 6 central thematic areas for the territorial context and beyond: Renewable Energies, Sustainable Mobility, Waste Utilization, Blue Economy, Water, and Agri-food.

Within the event area, trade fair stands were set up for companies and other institutions, and a hackathon was held for students from local universities.

Ladeja Godina Košir was the speaker at the opening session, talking about the evolution of the Circular Economy in Europe. In her speech, she also presented two of our projects PSLifestyle and Effective.

The video of Ladeja’s presentation is accessible on this link.
