MEET THE FOUNDER
Ladeja Godina Košir entered the circular economy before it had a clear place on the agenda. Coming from creative industries and media, she brought a different lens to transition: systemic, interdisciplinary, human and bold enough to ask new questions.
In 2016, she founded Circular Change as a step into the unknown and as an invitation to rethink how we live, work and create value. Today, Ladeja is globally recognised as a circular economy expert, transition broker, provoking thinker and connector of people, ideas and systems. As Co-Chair of the European Circular Economy Stakeholder Platform and co-creator of several circular economy roadmaps, she brings credibility rooted in practice.
Her strength lies in sensing what is emerging, creating trust across disciplines and turning complexity into shared direction.
