Transformator 2026: Programme for Real Business Impact in the HoReCa Sector

The Transformator returns in 2026 in a renewed format—placing a strong emphasis on practical solutions that help companies reduce costs, improve efficiency, and strengthen long-term resilience.

From strategy to implementation

Transformator is not a traditional training programme. It is a hands-on development process that guides companies from identifying real operational challenges to designing concrete, implementable solutions—with direct impact on business performance.

The programme is designed for small and medium-sized enterprises in the HoReCa sector that want to:

  • reduce hidden costs (energy, waste, processes),

  • improve resource efficiency,

  • build more resilient and competitive business models,

  • turn sustainability into a strategic advantage.

How Transformator 2026 works

1. Spring phase (free, online)
A series of four interactive sessions where participants:

  • identify key business challenges,

  • analyse hidden costs and inefficiencies,

  • develop a Transformation Canvas—a concrete action plan,

  • exchange best practices and connect with peers and experts.

First session: 9 April 2026

2. Autumn Bootcamp (advanced programme)
The most active participants can apply for a €3,000 scholarship to join a:

  • 2-month intensive programme (50+ hours),

  • focused on developing real transformation projects,

  • supported by expert mentoring.

Proven results

The impact of the programme is supported by previous editions, with more than 85% of participating companies clearly defining their development goals, while knowledge of key sustainability and business aspects increased by over 70%. Participants consistently highlight the strong practical value of the programme and its immediate applicability in real business contexts.

An opportunity for HoReCa businesses

Transformator 2026 offers a concrete opportunity for companies in the HoReCa sector to identify untapped business potential, optimise costs, and use sustainability as a strategic driver of growth.
