GPP2ADRION Milestone: Evidence-Based Insights
The first year of the GPP2ADRION project, advancing green and circular public procurement in the Adriatic-Ionian region, has been successfully completed. As leader of Work Package 1 (WP1), Circular Change coordinated the preparation of two key analytical deliverables – the Benchmark Analysis and the Gap Analysis.
Both documents provide a cross-country overview of the current state of GPP and CPP in the region, while identifying gaps, barriers, and opportunities for strengthening implementation. Circular Change designed the methodology, coordinated partner contributions, and ensured transparency and comparability of results.
With this groundwork now complete, the project is moving into its next phase – capacity building. These activities will be in focus at the upcoming 3rd Partner Meeting in Mostar in October, where partners will jointly plan the next steps.
This milestone sets a solid foundation for strengthening capacities, fostering collaboration, and positioning project results within the broader European sustainability agenda. Circular Change will continue to play a central role in connecting partners, transferring knowledge, and linking the project with EU-level policy dialogues.
