On 7–8 October 2025, the third in-person meeting of the GPP2ADRION project will take place in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, hosted by the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH.

The sessions will focus on the Capacity Building Plan and the Contact Point Activities and Plan, while also reviewing results achieved so far and preparing the ground for upcoming milestones. Beyond the formal agenda, partners will use this occasion for networking and informal exchanges to further strengthen collaboration.

As the leader and coordinator of Work Package 1, Circular Change plays a central role in the project, guiding partners with:

• preparation of the Benchmark Analysis and Gap Analysis Reports,

• development of a common stakeholder engagement model,

• drafting of guidelines and instructions for partners in participating countries,

• and support in fostering the adoption and implementation of green and circular public procurement across the ADRION region.

In addition, Circular Change develops and implements project activities in Slovenia, while ensuring broad international dissemination of results through its extensive network.
