In September 2014, BCG started with business activities in SEE countries with a focus on Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, where Melanie is co-leading the business development activities and operations. Melanie is Senior Principal at The Boston Consulting Group and has over 13 years of experience in management consulting with primary industry focus on Consumer products & Retail industry and People & Organization functional topics in SEE and other CEE countries. She leads strategy development and transformation projects to support largest companies in the region with their growth ambitions.
Melanie is also a Member of Supervisory Board of Managers’ Association of Slovenia, President of Women’s Manager Association (2014 – ) at Manager Association of Slovenia and President of Slovene IEDC Alumni club.
Melanie is next to her regular job especially passionate about the role of women in society. She is part of mentorship programs and actively involved in the discussions about position of women in business environment.
She studied economics and holds Msc. and MBA degree of IEDC Bled School of Management.
